First 2008 Dealer Incentive Contest Winner announced.

    The Penn Warranty Corporation would like to congratulate our first Cruise Contest winner, Dwayne Head of Police Units Unlimited. Based in Oklahoma, Dwayne and his wife, Norma, have been running a successful business for 25 years. Before setting up his dealership, Dwayne was an assistant police chief in the 1980's. He decided to sell good, used, late-model patrol cars with low mileage to smaller police and sheriff departments when he discovered that not all of them can afford new cars. He and Norma also sell to larger departments that need to add or replace patrol cars with fully equipped pre-owned patrol cars in Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Missouri, Mississippi, and New Mexico.

    After being contacted by our Corporate Headquarters, Dwayne admitted he was shocked to have one of his entries drawn. We are certain he and his wife, Norma, will have a wonderful time on their trip!
