Dealer Newsletter Changes
Starting in October, the PennLetter will return to a monthly publication format instead of the present quarterly publication. John Barry, Vice President of Sales, explained that the implementation of the new format will allow Penn Warranty/SCM to communicate with their dealer base in a much more timely fashion than the quarterly publication did. He explained that in the past, changes and news items were often “old news” by the time they were received in the field. Dealers will receive their first version of the new newsletter later this month.
