The Penn Warranty Corporation was founded by Mr. Jeffrey Luizza in 1988 and incorporated in 1990. Mr Luizza has a very strong background in the automotive repair industry. Through customers and car dealers he dealt with, he recognized a need for a quality, reasonably priced, used vehicle warranty program that would benefit both the consumer and the car dealer. At that time, there were no companies, which could provide quality, low cost service contracts that the average used car dealer could offer to his customers. Mr. Luizza developed and began to market through local dealers an inexpensive service contract, which still provided comprehensive coverage for the consumer.

Late in 1991 the company moved into a large upper level office complex in Old Forge, PA. In 1992 we introduced the first unlimited mileage contract to the industry. By the middle of 1992 it was evident that we were out growing our new facility.

We were able to take over additional offices on the ground floor of the building. However, in 1994 it was evident that the company would need additional space to sustain its continued growth.

In July of 1995 the company moved to newly renovated 10,000 square foot building in Taylor, PA. We continued to grow as new products and territories were added. After undergoing months of research and development, our revolutionary Genesis Program was introduced in November of 2001. The rapid acceptance of this program resulted in many internal changes including additional customer service and claims personnel. It soon became painfully obvious that an 8,000 square foot addition, which was near completion, would not provide enough space for our growing company.

Penn Warranty was pleased to announce the ribbon-cutting ceremony for their 35,000 square foot Hanover Industrial Estates office complex in July of 2003. We anticipate that this will provide room for continued growth for at least the next five years. We are well aware of the fact that we could not have maintained such a rapid growth rate if it not for our number one resource : our customers and dealers. Thank you for your continued support.
